MIDORI ALUMINIUM is hiring a Remote Marketing Assistant to support our Creative Director in transforming raw content into polished, platform-ready social media posts. If you’re a creative thinker with a strong visual eye and a passion for digital storytelling, this is your opportunity to work flexibly and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and edit social media graphics and short-form videos
  • Format captions and ensure brand consistency across platforms
  • Schedule posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and meet weekly deadlines
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of marketing or content creation experience
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and visual design sense
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and respond to feedback

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform best practices
  • A-Level or equivalent education
