Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification Process

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district and agree to accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

SCHOOL RESULT reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

False Claims

Submitting false claims of copyright infringement or misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification is a violation of the law and may result in liability for damages, including legal fees.
