Purpose of the Role

Arcus FM is seeking a proactive Customer Support Scheduler to join its Central Operations Planning team. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating field engineers, managing reactive and urgent maintenance requests, and ensuring service delivery meets strict SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule engineers using the Aeromark system based on location, availability, and urgency
  • Liaise with stores and field teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Handle high-pressure scenarios (e.g. power outages requiring 2-hour response)
  • Manage reactive maintenance requests with up to 720-hour windows
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and helpdesk staff
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and pushback with confidence and persuasion
  • Maintain accurate records and support operational continuity

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience in scheduling or planning (any industry)
  • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
  • SLA/KPI-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and confidence in high-pressure situations
