Purpose of the Role

HC-One is seeking kind and compassionate Registered Nurses to join its care home team in Arbroath. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to residents
  • Guide residents through life-changing decisions with empathy
  • Mentor colleagues and supervise student nurses
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Uphold safeguarding standards and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Maintain professional standards in line with NMC guidelines

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Degree in Nursing
  • Valid UK NMC Pin
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to professional development and mentoring
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
