Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents
- Guide residents through life-changing decisions with empathy
- Mentor colleagues and supervise student nurses
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- Uphold safeguarding standards and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain professional standards in line with NMC guidelines
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
- Degree in Nursing
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Commitment to professional development and mentoring
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
