Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

Pharmacy Distribution & Stock Management

• Process orders using NHS pharmacy robotic systems

Goods Receipt & Inventory Control

• Sign for, book in, and troubleshoot deliveries
• Load medicines into the pharmacy robot for safe storage
• Ensure compliance with NHS safety regulations

Reception & Patient Support

• Greet patients & staff in the pharmacy department
• Book in prescriptions & handle inquiries
• Ensure proper documentation of prescription records

Professional Development & Training

• Receive full training towards NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant Certification

Who Can Apply? – Required Qualifications
