Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Job Summary: As a Tier 1 Customer Support Representative, you’ll interact with our customers (residents, property managers, and DIRECT TV clients) to resolve technical, billing, and installation issues via phone and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and email-based customer support
  • Monitor property-wide service status using internal tools
  • Open, prioritize, and track trouble tickets
  • Troubleshoot internet service issues and escalate as needed
  • Coordinate repair dispatch and follow-ups
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds at times.
