Job Summary: As a Tier 1 Customer Support Representative, you’ll interact with our customers (residents, property managers, and DIRECT TV clients) to resolve technical, billing, and installation issues via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and email-based customer support
- Monitor property-wide service status using internal tools
- Open, prioritize, and track trouble tickets
- Troubleshoot internet service issues and escalate as needed
- Coordinate repair dispatch and follow-ups
- Serve as a liaison with internal departments
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds at times.
