What You’ll Do

Content Development & Execution

• Create written and visual content for social media, blogs, email, and web
• Draft captions, scripts, and copy tailored to platform and audience

Campaign Support & Scheduling

• Collaborate with marketing leads to plan content calendars
• Schedule and publish content across platforms

Research & Optimization

• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Use analytics to refine content strategy and improve performance

Brand Management

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and identity
• Maintain consistency across all published materials

Creativity & Innovation

• Bring fresh ideas to content formats and storytelling
• Repurpose existing content into new formats for broader reach

Collaboration & Communication

• Work with designers, editors, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Notion
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
