Purpose of the Role

Miss Samantha Elizabeth, a full-time freelance Virtual Assistant, is seeking a tech-savvy VA to assist with backend tasks and digital product setup. Key Responsibilities

• Repurpose existing digital products
• Set up sequences, automations, and broadcasts in ConvertKit
• Configure canned emails, forms, and workflows in Dubsado
• Create graphics using Canva templates
• Conduct research and keyword analysis
• Build documents in Google Docs & Sheets
• Collaborate via Asana and Slack
• Track time using Clockify

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• Freelancing as a solo Virtual Assistant (not an agency)
• Proficient in: ConvertKit, Dubsado, Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Asana, Clockify
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Resourceful and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with tech and online business systems
• Reliable internet and personal computer setup

Preferred:

• Based in Canada
• Experience with digital product workflows and CRM best practices
