Project Growth is hiring a data-driven SEO Specialist to lead organic marketing, campaign optimization, and ABM execution. If you’re passionate about inbound strategy, technical SEO, and content performance—and you thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment—this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute keyword strategies aligned with content calendars
• Own technical SEO: metadata, schema, internal linking, site speed
• Optimize YouTube metadata for discoverability and engagement
• Repurpose webinars and executive content into SEO-rich assets
• Manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and lead scoring
• Execute ABM campaigns with segmentation and retargeting
• Conduct A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion
• Build and manage an organic social media program
• Ghostwrite executive thought leadership content
• Deliver monthly performance reports on SEO, ABM, and ROI
• Use AI tools to enhance personalization, keyword targeting, and content optimization

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or campaign strategy
• Strong HubSpot experience (campaigns, workflows, analytics)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, GSC
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in B2B or agency environments preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field
