Zidannes Sports School is a fast-growing youth coaching company delivering high-quality classes and camps across the UK. We’re hiring a Telesales Representative to manage inbound interest, follow up with warm leads, and convert inquiries into bookings. If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and passionate about helping young people thrive through sport—this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound leads from social media and other platforms
• Call warm leads and guide them through the booking process
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and appointments
• Coordinate with the coaching team to manage the booking calendar
• Follow up with interested families who haven’t yet booked
• Communicate the benefits of our programs with clarity and enthusiasm
• Stay aligned with marketing promotions and seasonal offerings

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 1+ year in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting
• CRM software experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Social media marketing familiarity

Skills & Attributes

• Confident, friendly phone manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
