About the Role

Madhive is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Brand Designer with deep expertise in presentation design. You’ll play an essential role in visually communicating big ideas, ensuring they are structured, clear, and on-brand across various decks, product videos, and documents.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll execute at a high level rather than lead a team. As a collaborative team player, your work will elevate Madhive’s brand identity with sophistication and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful presentations & marketing materials for sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Translate complex concepts into structured, compelling visual stories
• Maintain brand consistency across internal and external materials
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT, Firefly) to enhance workflow efficiency
• Refine & evolve the brand design system for creative communication strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• A story-driven designer with a keen eye for layout, typography, and clarity
• Skilled in creating presentations from scratch, not just refining templates
• 5+ years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing design
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative work environment
• Fluent in AI-assisted design workflows for enhanced efficiency

Bonus Skills

• Motion design expertise (After Effects, Premiere, AI-powered video tools)
• Experience with Webflow or other creative prototyping platforms
• Background in sales, marketing, or executive communications

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 (dependent on qualifications & experience)
