About the Role

Mind IT Systems is hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer to work on enterprise-scale projects involving React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. If you're passionate about full-stack development, cloud technologies, and performance optimization, this role is perfect for you!

Must-Have Skills

• JavaScript – Strong understanding of JS concepts
• React.js – Component architecture, state management, hooks, performance optimization (useMemo, useCallback)
• Next.js – SSR, routing, API routes, serverless functions, page/image optimization
• TypeScript – Enterprise-scale project experience
• Node.js / Express.js – Event loop, async patterns, REST APIs, middleware, error handling, API versioning, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Component Libraries – Familiar with Storybook and reusable component design
• CI/CD – Hands-on deployment experience
• Docker – Basic container knowledge & Docker APIs
• Cloud Platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS) – Preferably GCP or Azure
• Databases – SQL (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase)
• Unit Testing – Jest, Vitest, Jasmine
• API & Middleware Integration – Hands-on experience
• Debugging & Security – Proactive debugging, CSRF protection, secure auth, API security

Bonus Skills

• End-to-End Testing – Playwright, Cypress
• DevOps Awareness – Infra, logging, monitoring
• Microservices Architecture – Service-based design
• GraphQL APIs – Experience preferred
• Performance & Security Optimization – Writing efficient code
