Purpose of the Role
Join Lululemon’s Guest Education Centre (GEC) as a Customer Service Agent, where you’ll deliver world-class support across phone, email, live chat, and social media. You’ll be the voice of the brand, helping guests navigate their shopping experience with empathy, efficiency, and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Manage orders, returns, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
- Maintain deep knowledge of Lululemon products and policies
- Meet quality, schedule adherence, and efficiency targets
- Participate in career development and performance coaching
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture through IDEA initiatives
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to multitask and manage live chat conversations
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, 50 WPM typing)
- Commitment to 2.5 weeks full-time training
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Contact centre experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools
Schedule & Work Requirements
- Shift times:
- Weekdays: 7am–5pm GMT
- Weekends: 9am–5pm BST
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Work-from-home setup:
- Quiet, distraction-free space with a closable door
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work on a computer for up to 8 hours/day
