Role Overview

BCT Resourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support relief efforts, supplier coordination, and key account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, reporting, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily operations within the company.

This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a proactive professional with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Coordination

  • Assist with day-to-day operations for new and ongoing relief efforts
  • Reconcile aid projects to completion in collaboration with Key Account Managers
  • Record all project details in the company’s CRM system in a timely manner

Data & Documentation Management

  • Use in-house systems to log & generate operational documentation
  • Create project reports on specific flight missions
  • Produce weekly status updates on relief projects

Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement

  • Interact with key accounts & suppliers, ensuring smooth business operations
  • Provide customer support and handle inquiries effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask & maintain attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player
  • Strong telephone & customer relations skills
