Purpose of the Role

The Flex is hiring a Customer Support Agent to deliver seamless, personalized service to modern renters. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them from check-in to check-out while resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
  • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Coordinate check-ins, key handovers, and property orientations
  • Share local recommendations and support guest enjoyment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of guest interactions
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Represent The Flex brand with professionalism and warmth

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team
  • Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays
