- Location: UK (Remote only)
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week | Shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM, Mon–Sun
- Pay: £24,500/year + monthly bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer inbound calls and help customers with appliance protection
- Solve problems quickly and kindly—ideally on the first call
- Build trust and make every conversation count
- Learn our systems and service approach during a 3-week remote training

- Customer service experience (ideally in a target-driven role)
- A calm, confident phone manner
