Role Overview
DVM Elite is hiring a Client Success Specialist (Practice Support Specialist) to assist with data management, client communications, and fulfillment processes. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in client success strategy and serves as a talent pipeline for future Strategist roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Member Meeting Protocols – Gather reports, prepare insights, and take notes
- Use AI-Powered Notetaking – Assist in meeting documentation via HubSpot CRM
- Support Strategy Execution – Implement engagement & onboarding plans
- Handle Level 1 Client Support – Website updates, marketing collateral edits, account setups
- Monitor Client Requests – Use ticketing systems & inbox management for fulfillment
- Assist Senior Strategists – Participate in weekly strategy meetings & case evaluations
- Maintain CRM Documentation – Ensure data accuracy for member portfolios
- Execute Onboarding & Offboarding Protocols – Keep client systems updated
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Administration (Preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, support, or client service roles
- Internship or part-time professional experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in:
- CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Trello)
- Shared inbox & ticketing systems
- Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
