Project Growth is hiring a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead outbound prospecting and appointment setting for a fast-growing company in the precision measurement and testing space. If you’re a confident communicator, love cold calling, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment—this is your opportunity to grow in a fully remote, high-impact sales role.

What You’ll Do

Outbound Prospecting

  • Make daily cold calls, send personalized emails, and conduct LinkedIn outreach
  • Maintain a consistent volume of outbound activity to build a strong pipeline

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify leads and book at least 5 high-quality appointments per week
  • Align meetings with sales team goals and gather relevant prospect data

CRM & Lead Management

  • Use Apollo.io and Salesforce to manage leads and update communication logs
  • Track lead stages, follow-ups, and conversion metrics accurately

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

  • Implement timely follow-up strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Transition warm leads into scheduled meetings

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach
  • Monitor KPIs such as call volume, email response rates, and appointments booked
  • Report weekly progress and optimize based on performance data

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (technical sales preferred)
  • Proficiency with Apollo.io, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong objection handling and value-based selling ability
