Project Growth is hiring a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead outbound prospecting and appointment setting for a fast-growing company in the precision measurement and testing space. If you’re a confident communicator, love cold calling, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment—this is your opportunity to grow in a fully remote, high-impact sales role.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting
- Make daily cold calls, send personalized emails, and conduct LinkedIn outreach
- Maintain a consistent volume of outbound activity to build a strong pipeline
Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads and book at least 5 high-quality appointments per week
- Align meetings with sales team goals and gather relevant prospect data
CRM & Lead Management
- Use Apollo.io and Salesforce to manage leads and update communication logs
- Track lead stages, follow-ups, and conversion metrics accurately
Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
- Implement timely follow-up strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Transition warm leads into scheduled meetings
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach
- Monitor KPIs such as call volume, email response rates, and appointments booked
- Report weekly progress and optimize based on performance data
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (technical sales preferred)
- Proficiency with Apollo.io, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong objection handling and value-based selling ability
