What You’ll Do

• Teach adult learners in structured, one-on-one or small group sessions
• Use provided lesson materials—no prep required
• Deliver lessons with professionalism, energy, and clarity
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain punctuality and consistency in your teaching schedule

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (120+ hours)
• At least 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience
• Clear criminal record

Technical Requirements

• Computer: Intel Core i5 @ 2.0GHz (8 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM minimum
• Internet: Stable fiber connection (20+ Mbps upload/download)
• Connection: Direct LAN cable (Wi-Fi not accepted)
• Power Backup: UPS with 4–5 hours battery life (2000VA)
• Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, backup headset recommended
• Workspace: Quiet, well-lit, and professional teaching environment
