Overview

Looking for a career in healthcare administration? The Neuro Developmental Pathway team at RDaSH offers a comprehensive administrative role supporting patients, families, schools, and social workers.

If you don’t already have a Level 2 qualification, you’ll have the chance to complete a Level 2 apprenticeship, gaining experience, work-related skills, and a nationally recognized qualification while working.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative & clerical support to the Neuro Developmental Pathway team
Handle patient & external agency queries professionally
Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) for document management
Upload referrals, print, file, type, & format letters
Communicate courteously & effectively with schools & families
Work efficiently under pressure while managing varying workloads
Support all localities when required

Who Can Apply?

Applicants from all backgrounds & nationalities are welcome
Must have literacy & numeracy skills (functional skills Level 1 or equivalent)
NVQ Level 2 in a related subject (or willingness to undertake an apprenticeship)
IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Sponsorship Eligibility: RDaSH supports visa sponsorship under the skilled worker or health & care visa route for eligible candidates.
