Key Responsibilities

• Resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Assessments & care planning
• Medication administration & wound care
• Electronic documentation (PointClickCare & MDS Assessments)
• Liaising with physicians, families, and care teams
• Delegating tasks to unregulated care providers
• Charge Nurse duties & participation in Care Conferences

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered & in good standing with BCCNM
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Proficient in electronic documentation & eMar
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Strong critical thinking & decision-making skills
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• COVID vaccination certificate required
