Key Responsibilities
As a recruiter at The Team Architects, you’ll support clients in identifying top talent and improving the hiring process. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand hiring goals
- Building and refining recruitment workflows
- Using sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Administering assessments and gathering feedback
- Tracking recruitment data to improve future performance
- Ensuring full compliance with professional standards throughout the hiring cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic understanding of recruiting practices
- Familiarity with platforms like Indeed and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
