Key Responsibilities

As a recruiter at The Team Architects, you’ll support clients in identifying top talent and improving the hiring process. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand hiring goals
• Building and refining recruitment workflows
• Using sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Administering assessments and gathering feedback
• Tracking recruitment data to improve future performance
• Ensuring full compliance with professional standards throughout the hiring cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic understanding of recruiting practices
• Familiarity with platforms like Indeed and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
