About the Role
We are seeking a Web Development Intern who will execute content updates across multiple websites managed by CALSTART’s web team. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, front-end and back-end developers, and marketing teams. By the end of the internship, you will have delivered at least one project — such as a back-end feature or a landing page — based on your interests and available work.

What You'll Do

• Perform content updates for the following websites:
  californiahvip.org, californiacore.org, electricschoolbusnetwork.org, zeroemissiontrucks.org, calfleetadvisor.org, cleantransitnetwork.org, chargeatwork.org, ridecleanmass.org, massfleetadvisor.org, calstart.org
• Collaborate on landing page development, wireframe reviews, and other web development tasks.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Proficiency in front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with WordPress development and GitHub
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to non-experts
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Student or recent associate’s/bachelor’s graduate in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation

• $16 - $21 per hour, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, education, and internal equity.
