Role Details:

What You'll Do:

  • Support registered nurses in providing patient care tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with preoperative assessments, including observations, ECG recording, venepuncture, and protocol-based history-taking
  • Complete patient documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team to ensure evidence-based care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development

What You'll Bring:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Knowledge of patient observations, ECG recording, and venepuncture
  • A compassionate approach and the ability to adapt to challenging situations

Desirable qualifications include experience in preoperative assessments and spirometry knowledge.
