Lead Amazon Design Strategy for High-Growth Brands

Project Growth is hiring a Graphic Design Lead with hands-on Amazon experience to drive creative direction for a top-tier Amazon consultancy. If you’re a strategic designer with a passion for e-commerce, product marketing, and conversion-focused visuals—this is your opportunity to lead a global creative team and make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 2–3 designers to create high-converting Amazon listing images and A+ content
• Develop scalable design templates and visual systems for product pages
• Spearhead creative strategy for Amazon listings, optimizing for performance and brand alignment
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to align visuals with account growth goals
• Provide creative input on product marketing strategy and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (Amazon/e-commerce focus preferred)
• Expert-level Photoshop skills
• Familiarity with Canva and Figma for collaborative workflows
• Proven ability to design Amazon listing images and A+ content
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and conversion optimization

Nice to Have

• Background in product or performance marketing
• Experience with video editing tools
• Previous leadership or team collaboration experience
