Redesign a Gaming Webshop for a Global Audience

Project Growth is hiring a UI/UX Designer to lead the complete redesign of the Metalstorm webshop—a fast-paced, free-to-play 5v5 air combat game with a growing global community. This is a high-impact, project-based role where you’ll own the creative direction of a full e-commerce experience tailored to gamers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end redesign of the Metalstorm webshop
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design a responsive, visually compelling UI aligned with the game’s brand
• Develop a cohesive visual identity including typography, color palette, and layout
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure technical feasibility
• Produce optimized assets for web performance across devices
• Apply e-commerce UX best practices to drive conversion and engagement

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing redesigns and gaming-related work
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong grasp of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for gaming communities or virtual item shops
• Familiarity with Metalstorm or similar multiplayer games
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for developer handoff
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or custom e-commerce platforms
