Compensation: $6/hr
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

About the Role

Battista Academy is seeking a creative Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging content for business coaching and strategy. If you have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement, this role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and grow in a remote-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for social media, courses, and marketing campaigns
Enhance video quality with motion graphics, captions & transitions
Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips
Maintain brand consistency across all video projects
Collaborate with the team to implement feedback & revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a video editor (Portfolio Required)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Strong pacing, storytelling & visual composition skills
Ability to meet deadlines & work independently

Bonus Skills

Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar)
Understanding of marketing & branding strategies
