We’re now hiring a Visa Consultant to join our fully remote team. This is a multi-functional role that blends visa consulting, customer service, operations, and administration—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients (corporate and individual) on visa and passport application requirements
• Handle global mobility queries from HR and Mobility departments
• Review and verify documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable solutions
• Guide clients step-by-step through the application process
• Identify risks or delays and proactively resolve them
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, leadership)
• Support cross-functional tasks, including admin and client onboarding

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• Fluent written and spoken English (communication will be assessed)
• 2+ years in administration, customer service, or operations
• Experience working with corporate clients or senior professionals
• Strong document handling and compliance checking skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases independently
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across departments
• Tech-savvy: familiar with email, shared drives, and task management tools

Preferred Background

• Experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or logistics
• Familiarity with UK visa/passport regulations and embassy protocols

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you’ll need:

• A reliable computer (Core i5 or equivalent, 12GB RAM, Windows 10+)
• Noise-cancelling USB headset and webcam
• Stable internet (minimum 35 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload)
• A quiet, professional home workspace
