As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for end users, helping resolve mobile device and account-related issues while gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot account access, order issues, and mobile device questions
- Escalate unresolved issues and document all interactions
- Meet KPIs and contribute to team performance goals
- Participate in training and cross-functional collaboration
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability during 11 AM – 8 PM ET and some holidays
