As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for end users, helping resolve mobile device and account-related issues while gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot account access, order issues, and mobile device questions
  • Escalate unresolved issues and document all interactions
  • Meet KPIs and contribute to team performance goals
  • Participate in training and cross-functional collaboration

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability during 11 AM – 8 PM ET and some holidays
