About the Role

Warfield CE Primary School is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work with children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who require additional support. These are term-time only roles with flexible part-time schedules available:

• Morning shift: 18¾ hours/week (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
• Afternoon shift: 13¾ hours/week (12:30 PM – 3:15 PM)
• Full day: 30 hours/week (8:30 AM – 3:15 PM)

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, creative individuals with a passion for helping children thrive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with phonics, speech and language support (desirable)
• Understanding of EYFS (preferred but not essential)
• Commitment to inclusive education and teamwork
