What You’ll Design

Digital Assets

  • Social graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Web visuals including banners, landing page assets, and product spotlights
  • Email graphics and responsive campaign layouts
  • Visual templates for recurring campaigns
  • Video-friendly visuals to complement Reels and short-form storytelling

Print Assets

  • Annual cruise catalog (a flagship visual project)
  • Postcards, flyers, and printed packaging inserts
  • High-res designs that meet print production guidelines

Collaboration & Concepting

  • Work with the marketing team on mood boards, storyboards, and creative ideas
  • Present and refine visual directions
  • Participate in strategy calls and creative brainstorming
  • Uphold the brand tone—light-hearted, functional, and cheerful

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience
  • Solid command of Canva (our core tool)
  • Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong design portfolio across web and print
  • Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

  • An interest in quilting, crafting, or home hobbies
  • Experience designing for older demographics (especially on Facebook or Pinterest)
  • Understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Comfort with A/B testing visuals and using performance data to iterate

Tools You’ll Use

  • Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • Slack, Google Workspace, Trello
  • Optional exposure to email platforms and automation tools
