What You’ll Design
Digital Assets
- Social graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Web visuals including banners, landing page assets, and product spotlights
- Email graphics and responsive campaign layouts
- Visual templates for recurring campaigns
- Video-friendly visuals to complement Reels and short-form storytelling
Print Assets
- Annual cruise catalog (a flagship visual project)
- Postcards, flyers, and printed packaging inserts
- High-res designs that meet print production guidelines
Collaboration & Concepting
- Work with the marketing team on mood boards, storyboards, and creative ideas
- Present and refine visual directions
- Participate in strategy calls and creative brainstorming
- Uphold the brand tone—light-hearted, functional, and cheerful
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- Solid command of Canva (our core tool)
- Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong design portfolio across web and print
- Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
- An interest in quilting, crafting, or home hobbies
- Experience designing for older demographics (especially on Facebook or Pinterest)
- Understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Comfort with A/B testing visuals and using performance data to iterate

- Slack, Google Workspace, Trello
- Optional exposure to email platforms and automation tools
