Project Growth is hiring a Remote Marketing Assistant to help drive brand visibility, content creation, and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Scheduling

Manage content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Pinterest
Schedule posts using automation tools and ensure brand consistency
Implement short-form video trends and visual storytelling strategies

Creative Content Development

Design graphics using Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Suite
Edit and repurpose video content for reels, stories, and ads
Write compelling captions and CTAs aligned with brand voice

Campaign Planning & Analytics

Collaborate on campaign strategy and execution
Launch integrated marketing initiatives (email, social, influencer)
Track performance using Klaviyo and social analytics tools

Community Engagement & Growth

Respond to DMs, comments, and messages
Support influencer outreach and brand partnerships
Develop tactics to boost engagement and loyalty

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
Proficiency in Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with eCommerce, DTC, or startup brands
Fluent in English with excellent grammar and tone

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with WebKul, Zapier, Shopify, or automation tools
SEO knowledge (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
