Position Overview:

We’re seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide virtual outpatient services via telehealth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while helping individuals across the country.

What We Offer:

100% remote work environment
Base salary of $68,000–$74,000 with performance-based bonuses (earn up to $100K)
Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends!
Flexible shifts: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CDT

Requirements:

Master’s degree and active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Private and secure home workspace (HIPAA compliant)
Fluent in English; Spanish or other language fluency is a plus
Must meet background and regulatory requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use diagnoses
Experience in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments
Comfortable with digital platforms and telehealth tools
Able to build meaningful client relationships and guide them toward goals
