Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

Holistic Care & Wellbeing

• Support children and young adults with complex medical needs
•  Assist with physical, emotional, cultural, and social care
•  Work alongside families, healthcare professionals & teachers

Competency-Based Care & Training

• Follow client care plans & NHS guidelines
• Complete Care Certificate & competency training
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations

Team Collaboration & Patient-Centered Support

• Deliver high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure patient dignity, independence & rights
• Maintain accurate healthcare records & monitoring systems

Who Can Apply? – Required Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent certification)
• Previous experience in healthcare/social care
• Ability to travel across East Cheshire for care visits
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills

• Enhanced DBS Check Required (Children & Adults)
• Two professional references needed
