Purpose of the Role

As a Care Assistant at Aria Care, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents at the Oaken Holt Estate, a highly rated care home offering residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care that enhances the daily lives of residents, working closely with the nursing team to ensure comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
  • Support medication administration and health routines
  • Encourage social engagement and emotional wellbeing
  • Collaborate with nursing and care teams to deliver tailored care
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • No formal qualifications required
  • Experience in a care setting or genuine interest in the care sector
  • Empathetic, respectful, and growth-oriented mindset

Additional Requirements:

  • Subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
