Position Overview
- Role: Care Assistant (Female Only)
- Location: New Milton, New Forest
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: £13.25 per hour (£17.51 on Bank Holidays)
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for Skilled Worker Visa holders already in the UK
Key Responsibilities
As a care assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care, including assisting clients with bathing, dressing, and hygiene routines.
- Support clients with mobility challenges, disabilities, and daily activities.
- Ensure nutrition and hydration needs are met, including preparing nutritious meals.
- Manage and administer medication, following specialized care plans.
- Promote clients’ mental and physical wellbeing through companionship, light activities, and conversation.
- Document care notes and communicate any changes in clients’ needs to the management team.
- Uphold professionalism while building friendly and supportive relationships with clients.
Full training will be provided for all responsibilities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate demeanor.
- Show a genuine passion for caring for and supporting patients.
- Be willing to relocate to New Milton, New Forest.
- Work flexible hours, including every other weekend.
In line with safeguarding policies, all applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check and eligibility verification.
