- Enrollment: Must begin their studies at the university in September 2025 (the scholarship is not deferrable).
- Local Representatives: Must register with and submit their application via one of the University’s local representatives before the deadline.
- Tuition Fee Payment: Upon enrollment, net tuition fees for the first year must be paid by 1 November 2025.
