Purpose of the Role

As a Care Assistant at Barchester’s Wimbledon Beaumont Care Community, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to older residents, supporting their daily routines and helping create a warm, engaging environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, meals, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

• Experience caring for older people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, and proactive attitude
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
