Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will drive outbound sales outreach to build a qualified pipeline for our sales team. You will engage prospects in targeted verticals using modern sales and outreach tools, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to meet and exceed targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct personalized outbound outreach to prospects
• Identify and qualify new business leads
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
• Manage outreach activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
• Align outreach strategies with sales objectives
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Foster positive internal and external relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in BDR/SDR or similar B2B sales role
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
• Familiarity with CRM, sales outreach, and marketing automation tools
• Results-driven with a self-starter attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Analytical thinker with ability to spot data patterns
• Enthusiastic about AI and fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

• €50k-60k OTE + Stock Options/BSPCE
