Financial Support
- Undergraduate & Master’s Students:
- 10 awards of NZ$10,000
- 9 awards of NZ$5,000 (Master’s only)
- Duration: 1 year
- PhD Students:
- 110 awards annually
- NZ$27,500 stipend per year + full tuition coverage
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Be international students paying full tuition fees
- Be in their first year of undergraduate or postgraduate study
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer from Victoria University of Wellington
Not eligible if you:
- Completed secondary education in New Zealand
- Undertook prerequisite courses at Victoria University (e.g., Foundation Studies or English Proficiency)
- Are enrolled through a partner university or study abroad program
- Are in your second year of study at the university
