Walsingham Support, a national charity supporting individuals with disabilities, is hiring a Remote HR Assistant to help manage employee records, payroll, and HR queries across multiple regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your HR career while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for HR queries
- Process new starters, leavers, and internal transfers
- Support payroll input and resolve related queries
- Conduct exit interviews and report findings
- Maintain accurate employee records and compliance logs (DBS, visas, etc.)
- Issue contracts, maternity letters, and addendums
- Calculate annual leave entitlements
- Build strong relationships with managers and regional teams
