Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for HR queries
  • Process new starters, leavers, and internal transfers
  • Support payroll input and resolve related queries
  • Conduct exit interviews and report findings
  • Maintain accurate employee records and compliance logs (DBS, visas, etc.)
  • Issue contracts, maternity letters, and addendums
  • Calculate annual leave entitlements
  • Build strong relationships with managers and regional teams
