Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Communicate with patients and medical staff via phone and email

  • Complete insurance and claim forms
  • Format medical correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain supply inventory and order medical materials
  • Support billing, financial documentation, and monthly reports
  • Assist with meeting scheduling and transcribing minutes
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of a 1–2 year diploma in medical or business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (medical office preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in filing, document preparation, and data entry
