Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Communicate with patients and medical staff via phone and email
- Manage patient records and confidential documentation
- Complete insurance and claim forms
- Format medical correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
- Maintain supply inventory and order medical materials
- Support billing, financial documentation, and monthly reports
- Assist with meeting scheduling and transcribing minutes
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health protocols
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a 1–2 year diploma in medical or business administration
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (medical office preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in filing, document preparation, and data entry
