Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to support contact for product and subscription inquiries via email.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and resolve customer challenges promptly.
  • Manage 20+ daily customer queries efficiently with empathy and accuracy.
  • Keep support content up-to-date: FAQs, guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Track customer health and feedback to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
