Role Overview
Better Hearing Centers is hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk to support its healthcare operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in independent, remote environments and want to contribute to data integrity and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Verify data against source documents and correct inconsistencies
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files
- Generate reports and respond to data-related inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy
- Perform regular backups and uphold data security protocols
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administration
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and time management skills
