Role Overview

Better Hearing Centers is hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk to support its healthcare operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in independent, remote environments and want to contribute to data integrity and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Verify data against source documents and correct inconsistencies
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files
  • Generate reports and respond to data-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy
  • Perform regular backups and uphold data security protocols

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administration
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
