Role Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end client implementations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll lead projects with proactive communication, detailed execution, and strong stakeholder management to guarantee successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Coordination

• Lead internal handovers from Sales to Implementation
• Facilitate client project kick-offs, aligning expectations & timelines
• Oversee project execution, ensuring clear milestones & deliverables

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate third-party vendors to align project scope & meet contractual obligations
• Maintain strong communication with technical teams
• Manage client interactions, providing updates & resolving queries

Documentation & Risk Management

• Verify implementation documentation for accuracy
• Monitor project tasks, ensuring smooth delivery
• Identify risks & escalate potential delays to mitigate issues

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with Technical Implementation Managers to ensure execution excellence
• Support internal coordination & external client interactions

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or payments
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
• Strong knowledge of card issuing & payment processing
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English (written & verbal)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Project Management certification (Preferred)
• Knowledge of software delivery & infrastructure alignment
