The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 is a fully funded leadership development initiative taking place in Morocco from December 7 to December 11, 2025. Organized by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) in collaboration with the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), this program brings together young professionals and change-makers from the Atlantic Basin region to engage in discussions on security, governance, economic development, energy, climate change, and social issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Preference for Citizens from the Atlantic Basin region, but residents of those countries are also welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be willing to attend the full six-day program.
• Age between 25 and 35 years old.
