Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 in Morocco (Fully Funded)

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 is a fully funded leadership development initiative taking place in Morocco from December 7 to December 11, 2025. Organized by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) in collaboration with the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), this program brings together young professionals and change-makers from the Atlantic Basin region to engage in discussions on security, governance, economic development, energy, climate change, and social issues.
