Role Details
- Position: Health Care Assistant
- Salary: £12.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and professionals.
- Assist with personal care, mobility issues, and other physical disabilities, following individual care plans.
- Provide support with health and well-being, medication, nutrition, and meal preparation.
- Observe, monitor, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in client reviews and contribute insights to improve outcomes.

- Fully committed to enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals.
- Available for full-time work.
- Possess at least six months of care experience.
