Role Details

• Position: Health Care Assistant
• Salary: £12.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and professionals.
• Assist with personal care, mobility issues, and other physical disabilities, following individual care plans.
• Provide support with health and well-being, medication, nutrition, and meal preparation.
• Observe, monitor, and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in client reviews and contribute insights to improve outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should be:

• Caring, compassionate, reliable, and patient.
• Fully committed to enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals.
• Available for full-time work.
• Possess at least six months of care experience.
