About the Role

PBS Radiology is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide courteous, effective support to patients and internal teams. This is a fully remote position ideal for professionals with call center experience and a background in medical billing or healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve patient phone calls in a single interaction
• Open and follow up on ARR inquiries
• Report collection agency payments promptly
• Generate correspondence to resolve disputes
• Accurately document all calls and actions
• Support the Customer Service Lead and Executive Team as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong typing and 10-key skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience

• Background in medical billing or healthcare administration
• Familiarity with insurance claims and patient account systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fully remote with standard Monday–Friday hours
• Must have a quiet home office, reliable internet, and basic office equipment
• Full-time employees work 40 hours/week; part-time roles available (20–29 hours/week)
