Role Overview

BCT Resourcing is looking for an experienced Content Manager to oversee web content creation and strategy for its clients. The successful candidate will work closely with writers, designers, videographers, and marketing professionals to ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and SEO effectiveness.

This fully remote role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Strategy

Research brand identity and develop content strategies aligned with company goals
Manage a content production team, ensuring targeted and engaging output
Oversee the creation of SEO-optimized web copy and digital assets

Content Management & Marketing

Maintain a content marketing calendar for scheduling and delivery
Ensure brand consistency across all web and digital platforms
Track content performance and refine strategies based on analytics

Team Collaboration & Market Analysis

Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Lead content creation projects that enhance customer engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Agency experience or related content management role
Proven ability to conceive fresh and engaging content ideas
SEO expertise, including keyword placement & optimization
Advanced written & verbal communication skills
Technical proficiency in HTML editing & CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
Knowledge of social media engagement strategies

Bonus Skills

Experience in digital branding and content marketing strategies
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Teamwork
