Support the Operations of a Life-Changing Service
Join the team at Founders House, a 123-bed supported accommodation facility operated by The Salvation Army. As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly—supporting everything from compliance to purchasing to performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Track building maintenance and ensure void rooms are ready to let
- Process invoices and assist with budget tracking
- Maintain compliance documentation and certifications
- Support health & safety reporting and procurement
- Provide general admin support to the Facilities & Admin Coordinator
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Familiarity with compliance and facilities coordination
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Empathy and professionalism in a service-oriented environment
