Support the Operations of a Life-Changing Service

Join the team at Founders House, a 123-bed supported accommodation facility operated by The Salvation Army. As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly—supporting everything from compliance to purchasing to performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track building maintenance and ensure void rooms are ready to let
  • Process invoices and assist with budget tracking
  • Maintain compliance documentation and certifications
  • Support health & safety reporting and procurement
  • Provide general admin support to the Facilities & Admin Coordinator

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Familiarity with compliance and facilities coordination
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • Empathy and professionalism in a service-oriented environment
